Verizon touch screen phones that don't require a data plan?

you can get any phone you want or smart phone you add the Data plane then you drop it so you don't have to have it. but if it a smart phone the Web will not work
 
What are some other (if any) touch screen phones besides the Chocolate Touch for Verizon that don't require you to have a data plan?
