Verizon to Tmobile switch?

New member
i have 4 lines. one is on month to month. two end on 2/15/11 and the last line ends on 2/16/11. do i have to wait too the 16 so i can switch all lines to tombile or on the 15? and if one is on month to month do have to pay the early term fee to switch to tombile? do i have to call verizon after i get my new plan to cancel my account with them?
