So I was just texting my boyfriend and he asked me to send him some pic. So I found that it wouldn't let me send anything, or receive, Forwards, voice, sound ex. So i went on my online verizon account and changed some things around hoping it would allow me to. I then reset my phone, planning to turn it back on and put in the code. BUT NOW EVERY TIME I TURN IT ON, IT GOES TO THE VERIZON WHITE SCREEN, LIKE ALMOST TURNED ON COMPLETELY, BUT THEN SHUTS DOWN. And now it keep repeating this. I am freaking out and i don't know what to do. I can't call or drive to their store, PLEASE HELP!!!
