my samsung reality phone keeps resetting itself. it always resets EVERY background, but recently, it's been resetting the phone to factory settings! i'm pn my fourth one. i take very good care of my phone, and it's not damaged. if i take it back and tell them it's resetting itself, will they just laugh in my face or actually do something? i'm sick of having the same phone with so many problems.
