It has been shutting off lately if i set it down too hard or something, not like slam it or anything, but just a little hard. But today it keeps shutting itself off over and over, when i'm in the middle of writing a text or something. and it's fully charged by the way. Do you think it is the phone or the battery? Will Verizon replace it for free? I've had it a year.
