Excuse my grammer imma type this super fast
So tonight I go to Best Buy and buy Verizon prepaid phone.
I also buy two prepaid cards one for $20 unlimited texting monthly and one for $15 phone mins.
Now im trying to set this thing up and its asking me about a plan....
theres no other options so i click set my phone up and choose $40 plan not knowing what to do .
So i put in the two cards on the phone and try to text my friends buy its saying that i dont have sufficient funds on the phone....
Please someone help i cant find a customer service on the website.
Is there anyway to reset the phone so i can reset it up?
And if there is how do i set it up with the mins i want?
I dont want a plan, which is why i bought a PREPAID phone, idk why verizon are morons.
