Okay so. I keep trying to call someone, for the past 2weeks.
Everytime i call it's silent for 3seconds that the call ends. it doesn't ring or anything.
i dial the number to call after 3seconds it hangs up, no ring or anything.
this is the only number it's happened with, and it just started happening with this number about 2weeks ago.
i have verizon,
does this mean the person blocked me? or this persons phone got cut off? what does it mean?
