It is not the phone it is the Provider....I switched from ATT in June 2009 and Verizon has given us: network extender--exchanged our phone 3-times and we cannot get service in our home. Every area is different, some people get excellent coverage w/Verizon and some w/ATT. I am still trying to "get out of my contract" to go back to ATT.
