My phone broke, and the backup phone I have is the alias and its the slowest and worst phone I think ive ever had. I will use it if I have to, but my friend has a EnV touch, a phone I would love to have, but it randomly shuts off a lot. Can i take it into verizon and be like my phone shuts off randomly..can you guys send me a refurbished one? will that work?
