I was texting last night and all the sudden my phone turned off, used to this because it does it every so often i figured it would just turn back on, this time it didn't. Now its stuck on the VERIZONwireless open screen and a little blue box flashes every few minutes saying "file system start-up please wait" i can't shut it off unless i take the battery out. i left the battery out for more then 12 hours and its still saying it. it won't turn on or anything and i even tried plugging it into the charger.
