My mom is, right now, the main person on our phone plan. She is the one that gets all the payment updates and billing information and has the main profile. However, she's having a difficult time keeping up with our bills -she forgets to pay!- and so wants to make me this main person. How do we switch so that my number is the main profile number? Does it cost any money?
