Verizon Multimedia Messaging?

All kinds of txt messages are included in the unlimited pkg. Txt does not use MB, The only thing that uses minutes on a verizon phone is talking, unless you have a older internet plan. Which you do not if you have the 9.99 data plan
 
I have the LG Chocolate Touch with Verizon. I have to have the $9.99 multimedia package which is 25 MB upload and download, as well as email. I have unlimited messaging, but I was wondering if this package includes picture and video texting data fees. Or will my anytime minutes be used when I send and recieve those kind of messaging? Also, when I say get on the Internet, is that using anytime minutes? Or my package? Or both?
