I use Metro PCS. Randomly yesterday my phone somehow erased EVERYTHING. It erased all of my contacts, pictures, and phone numbers. I don't know what happened. Now the phone isn't working either. If someone tries to call me it will go straight to my voicemail. If I try calling out it takes me to a message that says, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless..." I don't understand what happened and why the heck it's saying Verizon now. Any thoughts?
