Well my contract is up for what started as my Env2 but after my sister got a new phone I switched to the Voyager which I was not impressed with.

Things I want-
-Qwerty keyboard
-Ability to text using one hand
-Listed as Free or under $30 with a 2yr contract
-Reasonable call quality
-Some what durable
-Keys that aren't too small
-Reasonable size to screen size ratio

So the two phones...
-Verizon Razzle
I really liked the feel of this phone my hand was big enough to reach all the keys with one hand and it has the qwerty with the unique swivle thing. I like the blackberryish feel too it.

-Samsung Intensity
Has the qwerty and the front to text on. The display screens seemed really small though. My brother had this phone and connstatly complained of freezing so not sure how much I trust it.

I'm open to other suggestions as well thanks for the help.

From how many intensitys I have sold, I have seen 1 back, and it was a pre paid from wal-mart. They put out several softwear updates for it. So it should be ALOT better. And it is from what I noticed. I would say the Intensity over the Razzel.

Okay thank you for the insight. I have till March 21 to make up my mind so hopefully some more input will be posted by then

Ask me questions as I just got the Razzle Feb 20, 2010 to reduce costs from Storm I got in December 2008. No bill to see what costs saved. I am 50+ male with big fingers so the Storm touch was inaccurate. In two days use I can type on the Razzle somewhat fast. Before the Storm I had the ENV and liked it except for browser. I won't use the Razzle on data / web. Also no video play or camera on Razzle. I carry Storm in airplane mode (cell phone off). Also have iPod touch for apps and Wifi browsing.

Three kids in collge. One with Dare and iPod shuffle. Another is iPod classic with Touch ENV. Oldest is ENV2 with iPod Touch V2 and 160 GB Classic. Obviously we have music so the Razzle is best as an MP3 player in Jump drive mode. Comes with 1GB and is real fast to start and stop music with control buttons. Storm was annoying with too many message destinations and need to find a screen to do music and video stuff.

As far as texting one hand I do it on Razzle far easier than all others.
Tipped keyboard might tweak some people.

Two thumbs is easiest on iPod Touch. Worst is Storm. ENV were eyes on only and slow typing.
