Verizon LG Cosmos bill is outrageous!?
Okay, I just got my bill back for my LG Cosmos the other day and it says I have a bill of $787 dollars for last month, and this upcoming month I already have a bill or over $300!! Originally my bill is supposed to e $16. I'm on my family's plan, unlimited texting as well. My mom is PISSED. I did no text anybody who isnt' on Verizon, I only text TWO people. My friend Kelli [who is on verizon] and my boyfriend Bryan, but he doesnt have a phone so I text his AIM. Does it cost money to text somebody's AIM???
I got internet on it, it saysits supposed to be 5 dollars a month for internet so i figured that'd be okay.
i dont know what to do, I have no idea how to pay this bill!
somebody please help?!
BTW i emailed the company, awaiting a reply. I need to know your guys' opinions and if anybody's been through this with verizon.
