I tried to do this on my phone and it says to call Customer Service. I really don't want to hassle with that. However I will if nessicary. My mother is the account holder and recently switched us over to a new account (she stole my upgrade) so she bought me a new phone(which i desperately needed) and is fully aware that there should be internet on this phone. She okay-ed me to take the block off, I have her last four digits on her social....now my phone keeps telling me to call customer service?! Is there any other way other than calling or must I call/go BACK into the verizon store to get this fixed?? I hate this crap btw.
