I am long overdue for a new phone (I am part of a new every 2 plan, and it has been 3.5 years), and I haven't the money to upgrade my line to the $30/month for data. I want the HTC Incredible, and I heard of the national access block that people can get. Some say that it will waive the $30/month. I don't care for any cellular data (I almost always have access to wi-fi), and I rarely use pix/video messaging. SO, is it possible to buy the smartphone, put the national access block on it, then not have the $30/month fee? thanks.
