Verizon Fios internet constantly disconnects, need help!?

Hi, my internet disconnects often. I have full signal in my room though. The wires are good, and I had restarted (soft) the router and still no good. A couple minutes and I ll be blazing through the internet, next it ll pause for loading the webpage for almost 3 minutes. The model is actiontec m1424-wr rev.e
