my EnV3 was working fine then suddenly I can no longer receive picture messages. I do not have a data plan, however I have been told repeatedly by vzw that I do not need it for the picture message feature. Other family members on the same plan with the same phone do not have this problem. I have spent countless hours on the phone with vzw and they can't figure it out, even after giving me 2 new phones. any ideas?
