I have gone through 4 of these since Dec. 08. 3 have been because they keypad stopped working. One was because I broke it, but the keypad started going out before that. Verizon will not give me a different phone, I am asking for a Samsung Intensity, which would actually be a downgrade. They gave me a different phone (EnV 2) when I had gone through 5 KRZRs because they kept shutting off. I'm really tired of this and I just want a different phone. I don't want another EnV 2 and I'm not paying for a new phone. Any ideas? THANKS!!
