Verizon- difference between mobile web and web browsing?

I'm thinking of getting the enV touch with Verizon Wireless -
the Premium Plan states that there is unlimited mobile web but for the Messaging Plan there is Unlimited Web Browsing.

I'm confused, can you go on the internet for both of these plans? If so what is the difference?
