I decided to get 15.99$ data package, but i don't know what it includes and how much data it covers.
Also, even tho i told the person that i would get 15.99$ plan the paper says 29.99$ did the person make a mistake or something? or is it getting rebated later?.....My phone is smartphone vortex(100$ but getting the whole 100$ rebated cuz its the promotion date)
Also, if i connect to wi-fi, does it cost money? and if i have wifi connected, am i using the data allowence or does the allowence doesn't charge while im connected to wifi? Please explain detailed.

or does the wifi prevents the e-mails and etc to charge my data plan?
