Somehow I thought my contract would be up next February, but I just looked on my account and it said contract end date was August 19, 2010. Does this mean I'm out of my contract with them and can I cancel my service to switch with no penalty? I'm assuming they couldn't have started a new contract without my permission!? I'm just done with the hefty phone bill I don't need...
