Verizon Cell Phone Return Policy

Im not sure if anyone else has had this problem before but, whenever your cell phone breaks or is not working, a verizon customer sales represenitive will give you a replacement phone. There policy, which they don't want you to know, is after 3rd replacement, they HAVE to give you a different phone. I HATE this policy because they are just delaying fixing the real problem. I have the LG enV3 and it does nothing but cause me trouble! It shuts off all the time and it never sends texts! I think that they should just replace it once and then give you a new phone. I am getting my second replacement this tuesday and i am hoping it will work but if not i will eventually get the Samsung Alias 2.Let me know if you guys have ever had this happen or if you agree or dissagree. Thanks.

I had a problem with my Motorola Q's and kept sending them back and sending them back... then they gave me a HUGE credit on my account and I bought 2 BlackBerry Storms with it.... I am now at the DROID (used 2 upgrades) which I love, but was able to turn my last Motorola Q's in because of a problem with reception. I personally think that it is decent that they will at least give you a new phone, many other carriers will not and will just keep sending refurbs.

All-in-all I like that they will at least cooperate most times I call them.
