Hey everyone. So, I have the ENV3, and I also have the Verizon Safeguards function on my account because of past stalkers that I needed to block. With that being said, everything has been great, except now my computer's charger broke [I'm on my brother's computer] and I was trying to sign into mobile IM because it's easier to talk through there. While I was trying to sign in, I kept getting a message saying "Your Mobile IM service is restricted due to Usage Controls (Parental Controls). I got on Verizon.com n I'm looking but I can't find where to turn it off!! HELP!!
