I have a blackberry bold 9650 for 4 1/2 months and I never dropped my phone and don't use it much!...plus it has a Verizon skin for it! Well the other day I noticed a chip on the top of the phone where the track pad is and also on the number key 'number 2' the ink is going away and the silver metal part of the track pad is turning orange! I know I didn't do anything to the phone for something like this to happen plus it has verisons skin so it can be safer!! Ugh! I don't have insurance cause I didn't think I'd need it cause I'm very careful with my stuff! What can I do to get my blackberry replaced to a new one!? Talk to manager, send them a letter to there head quarters or something idk?! I'm very upset!
