Verizon best phone?

I was looking at the E815 and the Razor V3m but can be gotten with my plan for $69.99. Which phone offers the best bang for the buck? Reviews don't usually cover things like battery life, speaker quality, volume loudness, ect. If their is another phone in this price range you think is better let me know. My phone died and I have to get a new phone quick.
 
E815 can play mp3 and the v3m play wmas. I know both have expanison slot and bluetooth and are about the same there depends also on the size you want e815 is a bigger phone where at the razr is thin. There both good phone i like the e815 better so many people have razrs now.
 
So neither plays both wma and mp3 than? So that would make the wma more practical would it not since you should be able to make a wma audio file correct?
 
I have itunes so mp3 is easier for me with the card i can download to my card and boom if you have window media player then the wma are okay i dont have a windows machine no more.
