Ok so i have the Verizon Samsung intensity, and i accidentally dropped it and the screen turned white and it won't do anything. It will vibrate if I get a text but if i try to call someone it will not respond. Ok so besides the point. My family added my sister and me to the plan in October, so the phone and the plan is under the 1 year warranty. My dad went to Verizon and they said that they would send a new phone. When my Dad got home he said that he found this crack on the front so he does not know if when we send my old phone back in if they will take it since it has been damaged. Has anyone been in this situation before? PLEASE HELP!!! thanks!
