verbal order from judge but no court papers on visits? if he keeps her longer...

...nothing i can do? judge ordered every monday for her father to visit and to meet at police station, he stikll picks and arguement every visit even at police station, he threatens me and intimades me inbtween visits . also there is no paper work on any order just a verbal order and there is not even an odrer for child support yet next court date is july 23th i dont know to let her go with him in fear he could keep her until court date or in fear that he wont bring her back and theres no custody order in place ,,but if i dont let her go would i be in contempt
 
if anything was said in court, you can get a copy of the transcript and it will say it in there. thats good enough until you get an actual order. if he doesn't stick to what the judge said, file paperwork to hold him in contempt of court and use the transcript from the hearing as your order. if he tries to keep her, call the cops and show them the transcript where it says who gets the child when. they will make him give her back to you.
