Ventones ringtone won't play on my Rant?

I have Sprint, but no data plan. I used ventones to make my ringtone, following the tutorial.

I get stuck on step four.. (4. Click on the link at the bottom called [ Click Here for Special Instructions].)

I don't see it anywhere on the page.. It's not anywhere on the page.

I've tried switching between browsers, firefox, ie.. Nothing's changed.

I'm lost. I'd appreciate some explanation, a walkthrough, or a different method that is free and effective? Thanks.
