Vegan for 2 years and fish issues?

So I have been a vegan for 2 years, got hooked on spinach and basil and it was all down hill from there ;), although I got the "you wont manage it" comments which confused me since I wasnt a fan of meat anyway, I am really starting to miss my sushi. I have been amazingly good at being a vegan, it is a shame since I rarely go out to eat anymore and all my food is unprocessed and all made by me and natural ingredients (fruit, veg etc) except for the soy milk which is pocessed I guess.

I am not really sure how long it will be before I slip, and I always hold back so I was wondering is there anything that tastes just as great as fresh cold smoked salmon, man how I would kill to have sushi, but I think I can hold back, I guess this is a recipe question since I enjoy my greens :D

You can always get sushi minus the meat.

Vegetable rolls are quite taste in my opinion. If you must, there are always mock meats.

We all get cravings every now and again, but does that mean we should give into them?

how bout being pescetarian, if you want? or tryy fake sushi?

make sushi vegan by just rolling up your seasoned rice in nori with some slivered cucumber, avacado, radish, etc. If you want it to have that nice fishy flavor, use some oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms get their name from the distinctive fishy taste and texture. Super healthy, and no animal products-yum!

have you tried fake stuff? it'll probably be processed but then you still wouldn't be eating fish. i have a friend who eats "fake" sushi all the time and her whole family loves it when she makes it. i'm not sure what she uses, but if you search around to find something all natural (i know my friend only buys organic/all natural types of stuff) that you like, it may be an option if you don't want to eat fish.
