So I have been a vegan for 2 years, got hooked on spinach and basil and it was all down hill from there
, although I got the "you wont manage it" comments which confused me since I wasnt a fan of meat anyway, I am really starting to miss my sushi. I have been amazingly good at being a vegan, it is a shame since I rarely go out to eat anymore and all my food is unprocessed and all made by me and natural ingredients (fruit, veg etc) except for the soy milk which is pocessed I guess.
I am not really sure how long it will be before I slip, and I always hold back so I was wondering is there anything that tastes just as great as fresh cold smoked salmon, man how I would kill to have sushi, but I think I can hold back, I guess this is a recipe question since I enjoy my greens
