Due to months of overexposure in the workplace from the chemicals contained in air fresheners and a candle (synergism), I was diagnosed with Vasomotor Rhinitis that damaged the blood vessels in the interior and exterior of my nose which then led to the progression of Rosacea. I was forced to resign from my job because they would not move me to another office away from these chemicals. I did not have any reaction in any other office in that building. They performed a RAST test which showed no known allergens. The allergist prescribed Nasonex for the Rhinitis and Metrogel for the Rosacea which does seem to help for everything but my eyes. Now whenever I go in to any building that has sprayed anything, or if I get around any air freshener or candles, my eyes immediately get inflamed and start burning. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything else I can use for my eyes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
