varicose veins =(

I have noticed about a week ago the veins in my feet are so noticeable and sometimes bulge, looks gross! I do have varicose and spider veins. But not a problem. but now the feet thing its so embarrassing. Is this normal? This is so unfair. Anyone know anything about Horse Chestnut pills????
 
This does sound normal. I know a lot of people who have very visible vains in their feet, especially if their feet are a little on the bonier side without a lot of fat. I notice that working out makes my veins more noticeable (and very easy to get blood drawn!). I haven't heard of the pills, but the only way I know that will definitely give decent results is to get a laser treatment meant for such veins. I know someone who got this done for various large veins on their legs. I know it's not cheap, but they were very pleased with the results.
