I have already have been pre approved and sent the application I just sent it to them yesterday (overnight). Some I'm sure are aware of the stock market crash that has recently happened. The value on my 401k has lowered. My question. Will that change the pre approved loan amount they will give me since the value has lowered? Or will I still receive the pre approved amount? This is a principle residence loan for a down payment and closing cost on a home. What will happen?
