Not sure what you are wanting to install but have you considered adding a small vacuum pump?

just run enough line up to your handlebars and then when you need whatever it is that you are installing, take the extra line and suck real hard......

Just bought a 2010 Ultra Classic and found a vacuum line not attached. The hose was near the top of the rear jug. Between the jugs on the intake I found a 1 1/2 inch long metal vacuum port with a rubber plug. Hence, someone on the assembly line didn't hook things up! What got me looking arround was a very rough idle.
