How do I know if a V6 Grand Cherokee can tow my boat?
2007 3.7L V6 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4:
Towing Capacity: 3500lbs max
Payload: 1050lbs max
Base Curb Weight: 4488lbs
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: 5900 lbs
Towing:
18' 5" boat on a single axle trailer:
Boat weight: 2100lbs
Trailer weight: 600 lbs
Fuel and items in boat weigh: 200 lbs
Total: 2,900 lbs
There is no tow/haul button on the jeep... does that matter?
