V3i or CU500?

hey im looking into a new phone
im really into the v3i and cu500
plz tell me which you like better and why
plz tell me about similar phones to these not exceeding $250 new on ebay
(the 3g doesnt matter to me so dont overlook v3i cause of it)
 
The V3i is certainly prettier, but overall, I think that the CU500 gives you more bang for the buck. Stereo bluetooth and outer music controls alone make it a better deal. Throw in the fact that it has very fast EDGE (vs GPRS on the V3i) and can actually stream video without a 3G signal, and it becomes almost a no brainer.

That being said, if you like to tinker with your phone and enjoy modding, they the V3i is probably for you.
 
well the winner of the 2 is which one can hold more memory, although i havent been able to find that spec anywhere on the web, so plz help me find that
 
Defiently. The V3i can hold just as much memory as the Cu500, but it has a 100 song cap on itunes. The Cu500 has so limit and plus it has external controls and a2dp.

I would say defiently the Cu500, it is a MUCH better value.
 
if you actually buy stuff off of itunes and want to play that content on your phone you will need to go with the v3i as the others will not play music from itunes that is protected with the itunes DRM (digital rights management) crap

however if itunes protected media isnt an issue i think razr's are overrated everyone has one... features wise the CU500 is the champ... or the new cingular sync (which i'm planning to buy really soon ) as said before itunes has that cap of 100 songs not to mention navigation in itunes is kinda laggy, atleast in the slvr and rokr i cant confirm if its like that on the v3i yet.
