V3c...Error: Cannot resolve host name

Customer had this for about 24 hours. Everything working when she left. Brought it back today with this error when accessing WAP and can't do MMS either.

I've reflashed with Monster 30862 file and checked everything in CDMA WS. Still nothing.

Any clues?
 
Nope. It's something with the phone. All feature codes are there and when I switched it to another phone WAP and MMS worked.
