V-Twin vs I4

back on topic..and the reason for my poll

well I was debating on modding out my duc with a full exhaust and other stuff vs the new s1000rr. I have to admit my desire is to leave the duc exhaust alone for the time being and get a 2nd bike. one for every occasion.

Get a second bike, but definitely put the full exhaust on your Duc! Until you do, you only have half a Duc. The full exhaust system transforms the Ducati. The difference is night and day.

I am in the same boat as far as the bikes go. Now I don't know if I could warrant having two superbikes. Now the BMW would probably be a better career move as I work for BMW however I love the Ducati and its sexiness. I may just have to pick up the second superbike but all that depends on my scheduled test ride at the end of this month.
 
if it was me i would get a sport touring bike as a main commuter and keep the duc for weekend escapades.

may i add that the ducati is currently my only form of transportation and unfortunately it has let me down too many times already for me to have faith in it being reliable. however, i would not be without the ducati, its to much fun.
