V Cast App Store Account Verification?

I just got the Xpheria Play today and everytime I go to the store it says Error Unable to Verify Account please Call Customer Service. How do I verify my account or fix this? Do I even need the V Cast apps store to buy games for the Xpheria like PS1 Originals and the Minecraft Game coming out.
