V-brakes for bike....?

Ya so my friend loosened my v-brakes on my bike the wrong way... and now the little metal bend piece and stuff is all screwed up and some little pieces are missing....

can i fix this myself..... how hard is it
and what would it cost at a bike shop to get rear V-brakes installed?
 
Well, first off, it Would depend on if the 'sweatherparts that are missing and actually big parts. Even if they are important you should be able to fix it, v brakes are really easy. Even though I work in a bike shop, try fixing it yourself, no success bring it in to your local shop.
