Cold air intake and full exhaust. Then underdrive pully and some gears like 3.70 gears then get a tune. And if you want major power look into getting a turbo/supercharger its gonna be like 3-5 thousand but well worth it.

really it depends on the car and budget. you can make anything fast it just depends on how fast you want and how much you want to spend. for a budget... simple things like a k&n drop in filter (45$) maybe a cam if you can do it (200$) and exhaust (300$) and an ecu upgrade(350$). that will give you a few extra ponies but get rid of any unnecessary weight if you can. fast costs money.
