uverse and att customer service less than acceptable?

I had uverse put in and in 4 days it gave us a headache and blew out our two computers and tv and phone. It caused a surge and I had to get a new motherboard and bios on one and re formatting on the other. The tv now pixels and the phone gets connected with other people occasionaly. The person putting it in stole a gold necklace from the upper bedroom and it has taken 5 months and 20 hours of calling customer service to get it up and running again. I am a secret shopper in my other job so I wrote it all down. How can we get better service from at ? Has anyone gone through this?Is there an address of corporate to let the upper eschelons know how their company can improve? Please help!
