There have been a lot of changes between the versions (check the changelogs for details). Some of the changes were related to security issues found in the client that should not affect users of private trackers, if I recall correctly.let me hijack this thread for a second: i'd just like to know the main difference(s) between utorrent 1.8.2.0 (build 14458) and utorrent 1.8.5.0 (build 17414). it looks like many torrenters decided to stick with the 1.8.2, that's why i'm asking.
So if uTorrent v.2 is banned on your favourite tracker, what is the best alternative to use?
