I think there was a TOH where the adults were feeding students with....students. And they were eyeing Uter for a possible meal.

Ok, I saw Uter again. In the episode where Springfield Elementary gets snowed in, he's in the cafeteria asking for more food. So he was found and he wasn't dead. Some fans actually thought that.

I was trying to find Uter websites last night, but they no longer exist. I should correct myself - the ones in English no longer exist. I found one in German, but didn't check it out.
