I am not eligible for the FAFSA because I do not have a permanent residency yet. But I am a texas resident so I am eligible for state grants. I just wanted to know how much does the state grants give on average. The cost to attend UT is abt $13000. So does it provide for this much or less. Also are texas residents eligible for any scholarships. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
