Okay, I don't have all day to screw around with this company that sent me a defective product. I'm not here to talk about that though. I need to get my money back, and they keep asking me for tracking number. Okay, I DO have the receipt. I do not see a "tracking" or "confirmation" number.
Can you please help me? I have tried every number on this receipt on their website, and don't see anything. It's possible it's not been sent, but I really doubt that I sent it on 10/29/2010 today is 11/2/2010. So..why the hell are these numbers not working? On the website it says enter label name/receipt#. There is something called Receipt#: on it, and does have a number after it, but it doesn't work!
They know who it's from because they gave me a return code, and I put it on the box. I need my money back quickly. Help a guy out, please? ^^
Also, the USPS told me it would take 2-3 days too arrive there, so they HAVE HAD to sent it.. So what the hell?
