I know USPS packages move no matter what, even if its a holiday. So if I ship something that takes three days on a friday, and saturday is a holiday and theres no mail on sunday, why would it not arrive on monday. It would still be moving at the same rate as a business day, why would it be delivered util its three business days? Would they hold it in the post office until its time?
