How often do you have to run with full gear or gear on? How much does it weigh? What distance are those runs usually and are they fast paced or slower paced? How quickly do they have to be done? Are those uphill?

Do they have a lot of up hill runs? And what kind of pace are those set at?

And what kind of pace would you say these runs are at? 5mph, 6mph, 7mph?

What do You mean by humps? And when the humps come through?
 
My husband is a SSGT in the USMC and he says since he was in boot camp things may have changed. If you are in boot camp though [according to him 9 years ago] you almost always run with full gear on [weights we aren't sure of] and you run slow paced and gradually.. well not TOO GRADUALLY... we'll say, USMC gradually [lol] get into faster paced running. UPHILL depends on what state your boot camp will be in and who your drill instructor is and how much he/she wants to make you MOTO!! If you have alot of in depth questions, I strongly suggest contacting your local recruiting office. There's ALWAYS a marine there, and they will 100% tell you these answers, and show you in writing.
